Cut different colors of TISSUE PAPER into squares.
Keep the size the same or the texture will have shorter and longer areas.
Wrap the square around a pencil eraser.
The have glue placed on your paper and keep adding till you get the picture you want.
Now I need to get punk or red.
Work in progress.
Any holiday would work for this idea.
