- Paper towel roll

1. Take a piece of foil and wrap around a broom handle or some round shape that allows the foil inside the paper towel tube.
Take a second piece of foil and wrap around a broom handle, and then try to incorporate them inside one another.
2. Cut circles bigger than the ends of the tubes.
3. Glue on one end
4. I used a rubber band to reinforce the glue till after it dries.
5. fill with rice, Glue up opposite end.
