 I made on Word and then copied it into Canva,  I have a Check in sheet for each person attending the Special Storytime.

Then I made a Registration packet for each Stuffie attendee

asking things like their name, their human's name, any known allergies, I mean they will be eating snacks through-out the night.

And a description of the stuffed animal.

I made 1 inch strips for the legs.

Then fold to make look like their legs.  You can fold up to 4 at one time

I measured 2 inches but folded over and the cut was actually four inches.  The legs go inside the fold of the body.

Just need to glue some leaves to my paper plate later.

 

Paint a paper plate on both sides.

Cut towards the middle making several circles towards center.

Then glue on fall colored leaves.
